This seems like it could be a really sweet little app for running ‘diff’ on Photoshop files. It compares 2 Photoshop PSDs and let’s you know the differences, layer by layer.

Image Zoom & Crop with jQuery
Ben Nadel has a nice little proof of concept code that explores how to have an image zoom to a ’selection’ inside of a fixed width container. Worth checking out.

YouTube using HTML5
YouTube is beginning to roll out features and functionality based upon HTML5 technology, looks to be very promising.
